Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosis
- Develop treatment plans and discuss options with patients
- Provide a wide range of dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
- Ensure all dental treatments are performed with the highest standards of care and patient safety
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
- Uphold the mission and values of Houston Dental Oasis in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license and DEA registration
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
